Advice For Buying A Dj Laser Light For Your Home Or Mobile Disco Setup
A dj laser light is a fantastic inclusion for a home, club or mobile disco setup. Not only are they visually stunning but they stand way above most other generally lighting units that produce little more than patterns effects.

A laser works with pulses of light and they produce beams of stunning light that are synced to the sound of music, most lasers have a built in microphone that picks up the lower frequencies of the music and produces electrical pulses then converts them into light and this produces the laser light appearing to create effects alongside the music.
You can also directly attach most laser head units to DMX controllers that then allow you to link several units together and control all of the laser heads in unison. If you have been to a nightclub you will see that many lights appear to produce patterns in synchronisation of each other and this is achieved through the Dmx Controller.
Many cheaper laser head units are available in red or green, and even multicolour, generally cheaper lasers are rated at about 30mw and this will fill a medium sized hall. There is not much difference between choosing a red or Green Laser Light as they tend to produce light beams that are equally as bright and it is really personal preference as to your choice. However, as these dj laser lights are becoming cheaper it is well worth looking at the multicolour laser units that produce both red and green and variations of both with line and even pattern output.

It is worth mentioning that laser light produce stunning effects when used with a Smoke Machine as they split and mingle with the beams of light to create truly stunning Visual Effects, however the smoke machine is not essential but preferable.
