Is this a good Vocal Microphone? (Audio-Technica AT2035)?
I currently have a cheap Condenser Microphone Samson C01 and I'm looking for a nice upgrade. Do not really want to spend too much money, so this Audio-Technica AT2035 is why my price range. I wonder if anyone has experience with this brand, or better yet, this model microphone, and if it is a good choice for rock / rap voice recording? Any feedback would be great, thanks! PS I use a Behringer mixer UB1832FX-PRO with an M-Audio Delta 44 Interface. It's a little more money (ok, well, twice), but the SM7 (http://pro-audio.musiciansfriend.com/product/Shure-SM7B-Microphone-with-Switchable-Response?sku=270247) is the current rock vocal microphone. I'm not sure that the TA would be much better than Sampson you have.
