Speaker 175-Watt Power amplifier 1600 watts?

is a bad idea to combine the two? damage the speakers? and speaker connections, (The Speakon connections), you can run a connection of a Power Amplifier input, and then run another cable from the output to an entry in another speaker for able to power the two? the speakers are making SAMSON RS12M and the power amplifier is a technique pro slimpro B-1600. I think it is interrupted, but the wattage is 1700 here: http://www.technicalhifi.com/prods.php?prod=Slimpro-B1700

Zeke - would be nice if you let us know the make and model of the amplifier and speakers. Anyway, do not damage your speakers unless you turn up the volume on the amplifier. If you play in the system a reasonable amount, you should be fine. Yes, you can run cable channel on the amplifier and two speakers power as you described, if the impedance of both speakers combined af is not too low for the amplifier. Two 8 ohm speakers connected in parallel is 4 ohms - two 4 ohm speakers connected in parallel is 2 ohms. I guess it's a two-Channel Stereo amplifier? If so, need to connect one speaker to each channel.

Speakon to Xlr Cables?

hi to change one end of Speaker Cable Speakon Xlr Adapter like our new amplifier has only Speakon output. to the XLR end of the two nuclei / brown and blue to 3-1, I know that at the other end into the nuclei of 1-1 + and I do not know how or if it matters hey our facility is a Ross mixer that runs through two power amplifiers wihich then run two Speaker Cabinets 1200w. our new power behringer ep4000 amplifiers have an output speakon only. Our speakers for these amps have only 3 entries is Pin Xlr - correct me if I'm wrong, - Thefore and need a connection cable with XLR on one end of the input and Speakon speaker on the other for the amplifier output of thanks for any advice

No cables do that type of configuration. You will have to buy two adapters. 1. 1 / 4 "Male Plug to connect speakon.. 2 1 / 4" female to Female Plug Xlr Connector. Check and call your local music store. I'm pretty sure they will have these adapters.
