How to connect Bullet Tweeters i to 10 points?
I have some American low titanium Bullet Tweeter super and need no hook up do i need the cross overs for them or what can you tell me step by step, I have the cross on the resistance they have yellow in them so that i make fly if I just connect
yes, if you connect tweeters in the rear of the main unit will blow. How I can know? Glad you questions. I was a stereo nut in high school and blew three tweeters before I realized that: 1. resistance should be there only for show 2. need an equalizer and 4-Channel Amplifier to get the full effect of a tweeter and 3. Honestly, after being installed, the correct way is not really noticed the difference. So if you still want to buy an equalizer install unless you want to throw the bullet tweeters disappear within a few months.
Crossovers What do I need to connect a 12 "woofer (35Hz-1kHz) and a 2" titanium tweeter (2k-25kHz) in a taxi?
* 2 "Titanium Super Tweeter * 250 Watts peak power RMS/500 W 4-8 Ohms Impedance / Ferro Fluid * Increased Sensitivity: 106dB Frequency Response: Mylar-25kHz * Crossover capacitor included and 2k * 12 "500 watt paper cone Subwoofer 8 Ohm high impedance of 8 ohms * Sensitivity: * 89 dB Frequency Response: 35Hz-1kHz * 250 Watts peak power watts RMS/500
It would be a good idea to have a midrange, woofer 12 "probably will not be really big or more 1 kHz. Since the nominal responses ot the two devices back no more than you have to make some concessions, one might be tempted to split the difference a cross between 1 and 2 kHz, but from a tweeter usually can not handle a large amount of low frequency energy, I would have crossed at least 2 kHz and hope best. Since the tweeter and includes a capacitor, which took a high pass at a rate of 6 dB / octave chosen by the manufacturer, and from a subwoofer that no longer reproduce high frequencies, so I believe that for a minimal fee of two system so I'd rather not bother with a cross with the exception of capacitors included. Only connect the capacitor in series with the tweeter, and connect that combination in parallel with the woofer. +-Cap - Tweeter - Woofer ------- +----- + + ---- +------- -----+ Amp
